ALERT® OUTPATIENT went live at the Health Promotion Center (HPC) of Barro Preto, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on November 9, 2009.
 

The HPC of Barro Preto was inaugurated in 2007 and currently processes around 450 appointments per day.
 

This Center offers a choice of programs to help patients make healthier choices that will contribute to adopt routines that will enhance life quality. According to a survey carried out by the Datafolha Institute, this project achieved a client satisfaction rate of 100%.
 

This was the 3rd Go Live in the project to restructure the supplementary healthcare services of the Minas Gerais cooperative, Unimed-BH.
